American Legion, VFW 8-21-07 Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217 The American Legion and VFW refuse to help me. I learned yesterday it was because I stepped on powerful toes. I am 100% service connected disabled veteran. The Veterans Admin and NH government have stopped my VA medical as a weapon to silence my free speech. I have violated no laws. I have volunteered over 1000 hours per year helping others since 74 because I came back from the conflict alive. There is a very marginal record of what I did in the MC. I was transferred or TAD many times where it did not go in my record. I did eight convoys as American advisor. I killed with a bayonet deep in the jungle just to complete my mission. With as many punishment procedures that I attended, I got promoted to the rank of Sgt because of what I did. I was a naïve 17 year old with the mind of a child. My first injury was Traumatic Brain Injury TBI. I to this day do not remember any part of life before the MC. My next two disabilities come from combat missions. I every day witness my first kill in flash backs. I suffer in pain every moment of every day. Six months ago my VA medical was stopped because I told the truth. I volunteered help to a Madbury NH family. Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution many times to intentionally inflict harm on NH residents. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case that questioned the integrity of the court (2003-0477). The NH State Police intimidate my wife at home and work. My head injury was causing serious pain and numbness on the left side of my face. I was removed from a VA clinic with out help because NH VA director Mark Levenston stopped my VA medical. That was 6 months ago. This week my left arm lost all strength. Reality is no longer a part of my life. The News papers refuse to print the truth. I question my friends reasons for allowing me to be present. I now question my wife’s reasons for being with me. I thought that I could always depend on other veterans. I believed in a nation where there was equal protection of the law. I believe newspapers printed the truth above the powerful toes that may be exposed. I served as a United States Marine and this nation does this to a 100% disabled veteran. Do I need to be destroyed before reality exists. The Loeb school is well aware of the case because I send them a copy of my letters every day. For Mr. Karlon, Fahey or Sullivan to teach others about free speech they must learn it themselves. The opinion of the people unedited is an important part of U.S. government. For a newspaper to praise cops that harass or kill citizens and degrade those that oppose government crimes is wrong. The news is biased against the Brown’s in Plainfield. Articles tainted to discredit the Brown’s are published every day, while letters supporting the Brown’s are censored. I very seldom see any articles or letters that question NH Congresswoman Shea-Porter’s performance. Shea-Porter filed a false police reports against me to get me arrested (Dover Police file 7002-942) She had VA Dr Biswas sign a involuntary commitment order to have me taken of the street. The Dover or Lee NH police refuse to allow me to file a complaint. When all her illegal efforts to stop my letter to the editor fail, my VA medical is stopped. It has been 6 months with no medical. I was injured three times. Two of my services connected injuries I received in separate combat missions. I live in a mental world that every day I flash back to my first kill. I live every day with serious head pain, the left side of my face will just go numb yet my letters exposing criminal government actions is censored. Does free speech exist when the news media censors a 100% service connected disabled United States Marines letters documenting and stating such crimes. NH Supreme Court case 2003-0477 clearly states and documents constitutional crimes committed by Madbury NH selectmen and Judge Peter Fauver. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case that questioned the integrity of the NH judicial branch. I volunteer to help this Madbury NH family since 1999 and The State of NH criminally violates the law to stop me. Free Speech and Free Press do not exist when the news media censors the opinion of the individual. The news media may not like the person speaking or what that person is exposing. Free Speech is when the news prints the facts. The truth is told no matter whom it may hurt. For a lawyer or an editor to teach this subject they must be willing to defend it at all costs. Every United States citizen must have equal protection of the law. I may be a 100% disabled Marine but I got this way for our country. This letter questions the very core of the trust that the American people place in the news media. Will any small or large newspaper, TV news, blogs have the ability to print this letter that questions their very ethical standards. The First Amendment and Free Speech are why our children become military veterans. You do not have the right to teach it if you allow the words of this disabled veteran to be censored because he is a nobody. I had never met this Madbury NH family before they asked me for help. NH has taken my life and health to stop me from volunteer helping this family. My country comes first and the news media must learn this before teaching others. Censoring this disabled veteran’s letters is just as bad as NH declaring me a terrorist, putting me in jail, then 4 days before the trial dropping the bogus charges. I'VE BEEN SCAMMED! I am a 51 year old woman in law enforcment, imagine that....and have always been a "do gooder." I have always helped others in any way needed. I have become seriously ill over the last year; needing 2 surgeries; differnt ailments. I live on morphine to get through each day. My ex-husband was staying with me to assist me; I was out of work for the last 3 months due to my illnesses. To make a long story short, I co-signed for a vehicle for him as he had "no credit." I have worked my entire life working, building my credit. I currently have great credit but am about to lose everything. You see, my ex-husband recently received a settlement for 10k from a workmans comp injury. He was out of work 8 months this past year and I had paid all his bills. When we bought the truck he PROMISED and even cried, saying he would pay the truck payment. I told him at the time that he knew I would not be able to pay 2 vehicle payments plus all the other bills. He agreed and swore to me he would uphold his obligation. Six (6) weeks ago he took his settlement money, the truck, and I have not seen him since. I found out that since I co-signed with him and BOTH OUR NAMES ARE ON THE TITLE, there is nothhing I can do. He can take the truck and give it away if he wants too, leaving me STUCK TO PAY THE PAYMENTS AND INSURANCE. I contacted the bank, insurance company, signed a warrant for "breach of trust" and the bottom line is I AM TOTALLY LEFT HOLDING THE LOAN while someone else is out there somewhere driving the vehicle. Oh yeah! I forgot a very important point.... I WAS INFORMED BY THE POLICE THAT HE EITHER GAVE THE TRUCK AWAY FOR DRUGS....OR IT WAS STOLEN FROM HIM during his drug binge. That is what he did with the 10k from the settlement. He spent all that money on DRUGS!!!! I am in total disbelief that someone could or would do something like that, especially after all I have done for him over the last 10 years. He promised to pay me half of the settlement money b/c I had supported him last year for those 8 months. He owed me 5k for the truck payment and insurance alone. That did not include providing a roof over his head, food, cigs, gas, etc. I have been told in the past that I am naive. I call it being too trusting. You see, I am a very good hearted person who believes in people. I still believe there are good people left in this world who are willing to help others in need. I have NEVER in my entire life asked anyone for anything. As I stated,I have always helped others. HOWEVER, I am DESPERATE!!! I realize we all have our problems, and we usually bring them on ourselves. I too am responsible for my actions, however I was trying to help someone. I live alone with 3 dogs. I can hardly get through each day now b/c of my illnesses. I receive monthly injections and as stated earlier, live on potent meds to get through each day. I am so hurt that my ex has done this to me, plus knowing how ill I am. That really hurts knowing I went out on a limb like I did and am receiving this treatment in return. LISTEN EVERYONE. THIS TOO COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. NEVER, EVER, EVER, CO-SIGN FOR ANYONE IN YOUR LIFE! You will be responsible for the loan amount. After speaking with my insurance carrier, even if the truck were found and my ex stated it was stolen, they would not pay anything on it due to his "character." I HAVE BEEN DUPED TERRIBLY. I have been crying and crying, shutting down, not knowing what to do. I have always been a strong person but this has knocked the wind out of my sail. I need help and I am asking the good, compasionate americans out there for help. I can assure you I would never do this if I was not desperate. I owe so much money to everyone, and I have always paid all my debts, only I was not planning on another 20k. I NEED 20K to pay off this truck loan. EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS SITUATION COULD HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU DO NOT TAKE HEED TO WHAT I AM TELLING YOU. JUST IMAGINE HAVING A DEBT THROWN ON YOU THAT YOU COULD NOT PAY. I had no idea that this is what would occur. I thought he would be held accountable.....not me. That piece of scum is out there peddling the streets, doing drugs as I write this, care free, getting over on me once again. You see, he always said he would ruin me and this time he DID IT. He was always jealous of the fact that I had such good credit (which I have worked all I life to obtain) and benefited him as well at times. I always told him that "THAT'S ALL I HAD" but it is worth it. You all know, having good credit can help you obtain loans at good rates, ect. Which is another stupid thing I did and did not realize at the time the affects it would have on me now. After we initially bought the truck, it was financed through the dealership. About a year later, I refianced it through my bank (credit union) to get a much better rate and lower the payment. Not realizing that the loan was put soley in MY NAME. His name was no longer attached to the loan but it is on the TITLE. The document that really counts. As I told you, I was told by the insurance company, law enforcement, etc. that because his name is on the title, he can do whatever he wants with the vehicle. AND NOW A PIMP IS OUT THERE DRIVING MY TRUCK!!! I am paying for a vehicle that a drug dealer is driving around in. CAN YOU ALL IMAGINE THAT??? It totally blows my nind. I can not believe that he has done this to me. I AM ASKING YOU ALL FOR HELP. THIS ONE TIME IN MY LIFE, I AM BEGGING FOR HELP. I DO NOT NEED ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS AS I AM ON THE EDGE RIGHT NOW. MY HEALTH IS AWFUL AND I AM STRUGGLING TO GET THROUGH EACH DAY. Please have compassion for my situation this one time and send me anything possible. I need help. I am a Disabled American Veteran with 20 years of service. Persian Gulf Veteran. I was diagnosed with possible MS, and dx with cardiomyopathy, PTSD and other numerous sickness.  I need financial help with any amount for down payment for a house and I don't have it.
